FESTIVAL INFORMATION

Austin City Limits is the biggest music festival in Texas, hosting over 130 performers, 8 stages, and a crowd of over 150,000 over two consecutive weekends. Produced by the same company behind Lollapalooza, ACL is a great way to listen to your favorite artists and discover new artists with friends in a laid-back environment. Although it is held at the tail-end of festival season, Austin is still fairly bright and sunny during the fall, making it the perfect place to hold a festival in a beautiful city. After the festival hours each night, ACL also hosts Official Late Night Shows at smaller, more intimate venues all over the city, so attendees can see more special performances from their favorite artists. Separate tickets must be purchased to attend these late-night concerts that start before weekend one and end with weekend two.

VENUE

Zilker Park is in the southwest portion of the Lone Star State's capital city bordering the Colorado River, and has over 350 acres for attendees to roam around. There is no parking for ACL, so attendees must use ACL's downtown shuttle service, get dropped off at one of the designated Uber lots, bike, or walk.

Tacos, brews, vegan options, and more. The ACL Eats Food Court at ACL offers the most delicious festival food, drinks, and sweets from Austin and the surrounding area’s favorite restaurants.

AIRPORTS

The closest airport to the festival is Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS), about 25 minutes driving distance from the venue. The next closest airport after that is San Antonio International (SAT) and is about 75 miles away, or a 90-minute drive. After the festival hours each night, ACL also hosts Official Late Night Shows at smaller, more intimate venues all over the city, so attendees can see more special performances from their favorite artists. Separate tickets must be purchased to attend these late-night concerts that start before weekend one and end with weekend two.

LODGING

Vrbo is an official partner of Austin City Limits, so there are many homes available to rent for attendees who want a more homely experience for large groups at an affordable price. There are many hotels around the venue as well, including the Hyatt Regency, the Hilton Austin, and the Holiday Inn, all less than two miles away from the park.
